;o; thank you guys omg //cries on floor I guess I'm kinda feeling like me and my sister like...separating I guess? She's been changing a lot lately and I feel like no matter what I say she's changed into a different person and I don't know how to talk to her anymore. She got really mad at me, because she did something that hurt my feelings and it made me really upset but she's taking it out on me... And doing things like calling me out on facebook and ranting about how mean I was and that I insulted and yelled at her when I literally spoke a sentence to her and it was through text (and was a question so uh???)

I dunno, me and my sisters are really close by my older sister just decided to leave to stay at her boyfriend's house (the key word here is "stay" she doesn't live there, her stuff is still here) and ever since then she hasn't been the same, and never talks to me or invites me anywhere. She goes out of her way to ignore and ostracize me, and I can't even tell her this cause she just gets more angry even though I'm just sad.

Just really really sad.

Welp I don't know if you've already addressed this here or not, but can we please talk about the fact that (of course) it fucking monsooned for two hours at Warped Tour West Palm Beach, during which time some guy got struck by lightning, decided he was perfectly fine, and kept going?

yeah i saw pictures it was like super flooded haha but i didn't heard about the guy getting struck by lightning omfg

there was a tornado warning at warped in orlando today so they shut everything down for like 35 minutes and all the set times were off and cut a few times it was annoying but it was really cool out and cloudy so i wasn't bothered at all haha

I just became a vegan again, permanently. I was prepared for the usual nonsensical arguments and ridicule, but oddly the first thing people have been telling me is that being vegan "won't make any difference," that however many animals will be processed regardless of however many people go vegitarian and vegan. I've actually never gotten this one before, and I find myself unable to retort even though I don't believe it to be true. What's your response to this?

one vegan is just a drop in the bucket. one person probably wont affect how much animal based 'food' in produced, but it all goes back to supply and demand. if less people are eating meat and by products, the companies will eventually make less. we just need to get as many people to go vegan as we can, and hopefully we can make a difference. 

another way that you could think of it is being vegan as being like a boycott. if enough people stand together, a change is inevitable.
