Medic: just like his Doves! The tail coat is actual his real tail. Featherrrrrs. Why are his nasty claws out? I don’t know he’s kinda weird like that.

Engineer: the bulllllerrrrrrrrr. Sorry. He’s a bull, with a nose ring. Epic. Hooves for hands, gunslinger would look like a hoof too, gotta design that later.

Heavy: big badass brown bear. Love him. Instead of bullet he has honey sticks. It costs four hundred thousand dollars to harvest honey… for 12 seconds.

Pyro: fucking dragon. hell yeah. In pyroland they see themselves as a unicorn. Baller.

How would the Mann brothers/family look like in this au? Would they be like mlp princesses or regular ponies?

I have drawn Redmond and Blutarch in this post, so here's Gray Mann and his daughter Olivia! (closeups below)

There are no princesses in this au since it's set int he TF2 universe. There aren't even true alicorns, at least not that anyone has seen for a very long time, they're basically considered a myth. But Gray Mann has looked into it and discovered it's possible for an alicorn to be created with the use of australium.

He's a born earth pony, like his brothers, but his implanted horn runs on australium and gives him unicorn magic. His goal is to gather enough australium to make himself a permanent alicorn which would not only give him very powerful magic, but also make him immortal.

The rest of the Mann family lore is the same as it is in the comics.

might be a good opportunity to compile the references I've been making myself - these are the newest ones, some are a bit scrappy/incomplete, I intended to make different busts for different eras but only some characters have these.

Happy for anyone to reference these if they want. Obviously it's very much to my particulars, and Bette for instance is entirely a fan design.

speculative timeline: above the line are canonical dates, below the line are speculations and points related to what I was writing. Funnily enough, I think most of this is still viable.

thoughts on the Conaghers and disability

⚙ I continue to make content based on my AU of TF2 and JSaB. This time I want to show Gray Mann from there (here you can just call him Gray). He's something of a hero who abuses his position. Bro absorbs the energy of the figures to increase his power and then take over the world. The mercenaries laugh at him more, which they take for a serious enemy ⚙
