I haven't watched much of Cursed yet but right now I'm not really shipping Nimue and Arthur. I'm not liking Arthur so far. Boring? No. But I'm not liking his attitude, could change along the show (as I said, I haven't watched much). I like the fact that they casted an actor of color (is this the right term? Someone correct me if I'm wrong, please) though! Points to the show! And yes, the Weeping Monk is a villain but I find him quite interesting (could also be because I love Daniel Sharman😂)

OKAY FIRST OFF WHY ARE YOU ON MY BLOG MY BLOG GIF IS A WHOLE ASS SPOILER IM SO SORAEFKFDFKAFDKAFD  I was talking about people being straight up racist. Switching Arthur and Monks personalities around in their HC, yet calling arthur boring and bland and annoying and had no personality and his storyline was trash, yet giving all of that to the white boy and calling it amazing and that it’s the storyline he deserves.

i’m talking about people saying arthur was irredeemable and sexist and gross for his attitude but monk is an uwu baby who can do no wrong. while hes massacring and torturing people at that. 

I’m talking about people saying that the two white characters who’ve never met have more chemistry on screen than nimue and arthur or even morgana. Who is also highkey ignored. 

I explained this better in other asks, but if you don’t like arthur that’s fine? but the absolute racism in the fandom is disgusting.  Especially when said people come onto gifsets of arthur and arthur x nimue to be absolutely gross about arthur and how he’s vile and disgusting. 

Also i’m ngl I’ve seen arthur’s personality in “hot white boy” characters before that everyone drools over yet here is arthur, being demonized for the same traits people lose their shit over in a white man. 

But basically my points were only directed at the fans being racist about arthur, not every fan of the weeping monk! also HONEY YOU GOT A STORM COMING KASFDKDFSKD
