This is a great time of year for waterfalls here in Perth, as well as good hiking weather so why not get out into nature and get wet 👍😎🐾 . Australian Pelican ~ Pelecanus conspicillatus (see pic #2) . Did you know that Pelicans have the largest beak (or bill) of all birds (up to 1/2 meter long) and the pouch below it can hold 3 gallons of water 😳🐾 . This particular Pelican was spending some "alone time" in Monkey Mia with the cliffs of Francios Peron National Park providing the perfect backdrop as the sun set. .
