And you could be laying under the stars next to her right now, staring at the clear sky - counting stars. Or you could be trying to find the constellations and whisper stories to each other in the silent night. But instead, you lost her a long time ago. You didn't treat her right, and you were always selfish. And now you wished you could do almost anything to get her back, but it seems you're too late. The girl that you once had was someone who overlooked your flaws, temper, and selfishness. More importantly, your inability to love yourself on days that depression crept over your shoulder. She could have chosen anyone in the world, but she still chose you every time. All you are now is just a battle scar on her chest. She left because she wanted to fight for someone who will love her, instead of whom sucked the life out of her. Someone that wasn't satisfied even when she gave him the world and her beating heart in his greedy hands.
kmn // never satisfied
She moved on
She moved on and I feel sorry for you because she overlooked your flaws, your temper, your selfishness, your inability to love anyone but yourself. She could have anyone in the world but she still chose you every time. All you are now is a crease in her past, a scar on her chest, a memory that fades away faster than the photograph of you under her mattress. Maybe now she will find someone who loves her instead of someone who sucks the life out of her never satisfied, even with her beating heart in his greedy hands.
