2 green squash
2 eggs
flour
pink salt & pepper
olive oil
Crack the egg, season with salt and pepper and beat them lightly.
Cut the squash in thin layers.
Cover the squash in flour and then with egg and repeat the process.
Fry them in olive oil.

4 crushed garlic cloves
Cut the squash and the tomatoes into smaller pieces, chop the mint and combine all ingredients together.
