This unique pasta dish combines the earthy flavor of matcha with the heat of chili and the richness of Parmesan cheese, resulting in a deliciously vibrant and flavorful meal.
Ingredients: 200g spaghetti. 2 teaspoons matcha powder. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 red chili, finely chopped. 50g grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the spaghetti until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a small bowl and mix matcha powder with it until you get a paste. Put olive oil in a pan and heat it over medium-low heat. Add the chopped chili and minced garlic. Saut until the garlic smells good. Put the matcha paste and cooked spaghetti in the pan. Toss the spaghetti well to cover it all. Add pepper and salt to taste. Grate some Parmesan cheese on top and serve hot.
