I didn’t work on the sound, but yes, it is the goat.
the cereal ask made me remember a dumb joke my friend made, where he called captain crunch "captain cutthroat because that's what they fucking do!" to which i responded about that when you chew on them they cut the roof of your mouth but never heard of anything about throats being cut. I can totallly explain that Nickelodeon shorts thing, as to why someone uploaded it from VLC. One reason is probably because it is not convertable (very unlikely but still possible) and the other is to avoid copyright. Yes, that's right. On top of that it never says or states the name of the show or has anything saying it is Spongebob. This is how some other people make unlisted videos viewable. It's also to trick content id since they usually look for full resolution clips.
