When talking about women in Motorsport we need to talk more about Nadia Padovani! The first woman leading a MotoGP team, and not just any team! Gresini had been amazing this year, with Alex coming in second and Fermin having an amazing rookie season, that is a lot thanks to her! It so obvious that her team and her riders, including Marc Marquez, love working with her! A great example of a great leader and proof that women really do belong in the world of motorsports.
