Make your own Big Mac Copycat Burgers on the Blackstone Griddle for a delicious homemade version of this iconic fast-food favorite. These burgers are loaded with special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 sesame seed burger buns. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tbsp ketchup. 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish. 1 tsp white vinegar. 1 tsp sugar. 1/2 tsp yellow mustard. 1/2 cup shredded lettuce. 1/2 cup finely chopped white onion. 4 slices American cheese. 8 dill pickle slices.
Instructions: Set your Blackstone Griddle's heat to medium-high. Cut the ground beef into 8 equal pieces and shape them into thin patties. Add salt and pepper to both sides. Put the patties on the hot griddle and cook for two to three minutes on each side, or until they get a nice crust and are done the way you like them. Put mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, sugar, and yellow mustard in a small bowl. Pour in white vinegar and mix well. On the griddle, toast the sesame seed buns just a bit until they turn golden brown. Spread a lot of special sauce on the bottom bun of each burger. Then add shredded lettuce, chopped onions, a slice of American cheese, two pickle slices, a beef patty, and the top bun. Do the same thing with the rest of the burgers. Warm up your Big Mac Copycat Burgers and serve them with your favorite sides. Have fun!
