Ingredients: 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 1 cup pineapple chunks. 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 red onion, cut into chunks. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ginger, minced. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Wooden skewers, soaked in water.
Instructions: Mix honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and black pepper with olive oil, soy sauce, and black pepper in a bowl. Pour half of the marinade over the shrimp in a plastic bag that can be closed again. Place the bag in the fridge for at least 30 minutes with the lid on. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Putting the pineapple chunks, bell pepper pieces, red onion, and shrimp that have been marinated on the soaked wooden skewers one after the other. Use the rest of the marinade to brush on the skewers. Get the grill ready, then put the kabobs on it. Cook for two to three minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
