Close to the end of the three-month-travel and wanted to go back to Ho Chi Minh City and take my time to visit this place a bit.
For my first day here, I wanted to buy some vietnamese ground coffee for my family but before, I decided to try a famous coffee shop so I can make the best choice.
I first went to Arabica% by curiosity and instead of having an affogato, I had a coffee ice cream with a shot of coffee. It was too strong for me but still good.
And right after, I went to Trung Nguyen Café Legend and tried a coffee latte with condensed milk. It was soooo strong, I think I had too much dose of cafeine in my blood this day !
I was still struggling to decide what type of coffee I would have. I took a random type of coffee, which was the strongest and one of the most expensive they had. I'll tell you how it went.

The Moka Pot (also known as "Stovetop Espresso")
The 'Moka Pot' is also known as a stovetop espresso machine. It's been a home staple for decades, thanks to its ease of use and ability to make a wonderful cup of coffee.
You can easily find many Moka pot ground coffee online!
How does it work?
The Moka pot is made up of three chambers and makes espresso using basic physics principles. It has three chambers: the bottom chamber holds water, the middle chamber, or filter basket, keeps coffee grounds, and the top chamber collects the brew.
You know what I want at times?
To be that girl...
In the Starbucks...
Who didn't order a take away...
Rather a dine in...
The one who sits by the window...
Working on the laptop...
Not cared about the world....
Minding her own business....
All alone...
And when you look at her...
You see beauty....
You see her flawless skin...
Her perfect hairstyle...
You don't see worry...
Rather you see calmness...
Just sipping her coffee...
An order she has already made a thousand times....
Looking away at the road...
Lost in thoughts....
And then something strikes her...
Which needs to be written down...
So she gets back to her laptop...
And it almost looks like...
This place is her hideout...
The place she comes to when she needs to get out of the world....
The place that is filled up with aroma so pure...
The place that never gets old...
I bet she is perfect....
Because she looks so perfect....
And even when I don't know her...
I want to be like her...
