"Why does anyone have to be naked?” Any/all four!
HIGH SCHOOL AU AGAIN
“You know I hate coming in here with you,” Kai said as he sat on the bench in front of Ray’s locker.
“You’re in here for PE anyways!” Ray retorted as he pulled off his football jersey and started taking off his pads.
“Yes, but I don’t have to wait for someone to take off all the shit he has to wear for football.” Kai suppressed a cringe as yet another one of Ray’s teammates walked by naked. “What is it with your team and walking around naked? Why does anyone have to be naked?”
“You are the only person who makes a big deal about it.”
“Last I remember, Natalie also made a similar comment about girls in their locker room.”
“And that is why you two are dating, because you’re ridiculous.” Ray shut his locker and grabbed his backpack. He held out his hand to Kai, prompting the gray-eyed boy to give him a confused look. “You can close your eyes and I’ll guide you through the locker room so you don’t have to see any more naked guys.”
Kai rolled his eyes as he pushed Ray’s hand away and Ray laughed.
“You’re an idiot. I’ve met smarter sandwiches.” for Kai and Ray
HIGH SCHOOL AU FOR THIS ONE
“So do you like her?” Ray asked, his chin resting on his hand as he grinned at his best friend. Kai rolled his eyes.
“For the last time, no,” Kai told him as he took a bite of his sandwich.
“I would like to call bullshit on that. The way you look at her is not the way a friend looks at a friend. You carry her books and you walk her to class. You even got her own helmet after only knowing her for like a month! It took you almost a year to get me one!” Kai rolled his eyes.
“You’re an idiot. I’ve met smarter sandwiches.” He held up the half of his sandwich that remained. “You see this? Smarter than you. I think you’ve taken one too many hits to the head.”
“My brain functions just fine, thank you very much, and all of this talk about me being dumb is only making me think you do like her.”
“I do not,” Kai repeated. His gray eyes glanced to something over Ray’s shoulder. He dropped his voice as he hissed, “Now drop it or I swear I’m going to slam you into a locker again.”
Ray was about to ask why when a familiar warm voice greeted, “Hey, guys!” He glanced at Kai in time to see his face warm as he smiled at Natalie. A smirk appeared on his face just as Kai tossed him another warning glare.
“Sandwich,” was all Kai said.
