Concentrating on a single line of registration which I've taken from the grid systems at the allotment I'm researching. It's moved on quite a bit. Applying diagonals to the plot rectangles is giving me these interesting kite shapes. The allotment residency I'm currently working on is making me question the human nature to separate and segregate plants, people, housing etc... by observing gardeners you notice a deep human need to create order. Using the concept of 'make do and mend' and the salvaged quality of most of the sheds dotted around the allotment, my plan is to build little shed structures using old bits of work and cut offs from my studio. The only rule is that it has to be recycled, nothing can be bought. let's see where we end up...
