I took two shelter dogs from the Charlottesville SPCA Downtown for the day and they were absolute sweethearts. Meet Bert and Ernie! two old men that think they are lap dogs and will make that known if you sit down near them- they are currently adoptable!! (Bert is the one in the yellow harness and Ernie is in the red one with the blue bandana) They are a bonded pair- so they cannot be adopted separately
