Some unshared pieces from early 2024
Guanlong based on a Golden Pheasant. Dunno why I never posted this, I remember being very proud of it at the time. It was my most complex piece back then.
The Pachyrhino is unfinished bur I like what I did with the head; the lighting on the frill and the nasal boss. I wasn't satisfied with the body on the Kosmo tbh.
I didn't like this one when I painted it. The pose is funky though.
*draws two theropods in a row* SHIT okay hold on whats the most opposite thing i can do... ah, chunky little spiky guy!! there we go B)
Two Limusaurus looking for ferns to eat and a Guanlong chasing a large, beetle-like insect both scamper past the massive, pillar-like legs of a Mamenchisaurus sinocanadorum browsing on the leaves of a conifer 160 million years ago in what will one day be the Shishugou Formation of northwestern China.
A male Stegosaurus stenops leaves the edge of a water-hole to reunite with his thirsty mate and offspring after they’ve both endured a long trek across the sand dunes to reach it, 155 million years ago in what is now the Morrison Formation of Colorado.
Crying anyone here ever play Fossil Fighters??😭🦴
