turns out that thing i was complaining about earlier was all started from this thing that got put onto my computer called guardian browser and that in itself is not a virus but it allows malware and the like to get downloaded onto your computer, and it can hijack your browser so if your tab suddenly gets changed to another webpage telling you to download something you might have guardian browser and you should get rid of it, i followed the instructions from this site
