Am I the only one who thinks the ProctorU software is kind of... invasive?
I took the LSAT yesterday and I think in part due to the pandemic, it was entirely online. Apparently this isn't something they plan on changing going forward. Fine, I guess. But Jesus motherfucking Fitzgerald Kennedy, ProctorU is something out of a god damn midcentury dystopian surveillance state nightmare.
I see my computer as an extension of myself. Having some stranger remotely controlling my mouse and disabling my antivirus(!!!) all while communicating with me in copy/pasted standardized test lingo about what I'm not allowed to do on my own laptop through a pre-y2k dark web-esque chatbox is an experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
