Giorno Ventuno: Firenze Gucci Gang//Lil Pump . . . In case you couldn’t tell I went to the Gucci Galleria today. I officially want my entire wardrobe to be the items in the Gucci Gardens. Is everything $2,500-$6,000? Yes. BUT all of the pieces they have on the show floor are from a limited collection meaning between 1 and 6 pieces were created and they cannot be found anywhere else in the world except in Florence. Needless to say I wasn’t able to afford my dream dress- a light pink,$4,980 hand embroidered, crinoline work of art- but I am absolutely taking donations for the worthy cause of updating my wardrobe. 😘I also thought it was really ironic to see that Gucci also uses fox/fox faces in their designs, and after getting such a harsh critique on my use of “appropriative” materials last semester, it was really validating to know that I’m going in the right direction 😇. Admission to the Gallery is free for students so we definitely capitalized on that, and got our first taste of gelato. I’m trying to branch out from my Stracciatella obsession but it’s just so good 😭💕tomorrow I’m going Fabric shopping and working on some designs since I’ve been so influenced by the city these past 3 weeks. I’m excited to get back to sewing and prepping for Milan next weekend! #gucci #guccigardens #guccigang #guccigallery #firenze #florence #highendfashion #highfashion #italianfashion #italian #italiandesign #designerfashion #couture #italy #studyabroad #gelato (at Gucci)
