Anyway she was asking him a question, Lawrence paused silently before shaking his head. He knew he shouldn't have come here alone "Lawrence, Lawrence Cole Wright." He'd back up a couple steps to give this woman some space, still she was fascinating, she had horns, a tail and scales, so he was curious to learn about her species.

Young Crest reached up and grabbed on of Leon's subweapons and examined it before placing it in his mouth.

And Leon is going to quickly take the dagger and cross and not let him put either in his mouth. He'll give him a stuffed animal he sewed them instead to chew on.

"No, Crest, these are not for chewing on."

God no one told him how difficult raising a child would be. Why won't he stop putting things in his mouth? Is he teething? He's probably teething.

"You!" Piers shouted. He had just gotten out of a fight with a B.O.W. that he had managed to take on by himself and he was in his infected form. "Wait! Don't go!" He shouted.

Zeno felt sick, his body weak. He wasn’t supposed to feel this way…he wasn’t supposed to BE this way! Zeno was stumbling, trying to get away….trying to save himself.

His scars were reduced to burns and the RCS had been purged from his body. And he hated it. He was just a pathetic human now!

Zeno heard someone yelling at him from behind and he watched in horror as this mutant monster called out toward him. Zeno was a bioweapon…he had seen bioweapons. He didn’t recognize this one but he was useless to fight off a new mutation!

So on weak legs he tried running, only for his knees to buckle under him. He collapsed hard onto the ground, feeling his burns get scraped and the pain associated flashing near him.

He had to get away! He had to find a reversal for Elpis! He had to get his powers back, even if it meant his life was shortened.

"Uh... Thank you...!" She genuinely hadn't expected a compliment, or at least not one quite like that. Usually, when a human complimented her looks (which didn't happen often due to her actively avoiding humans for a long time), they made a crude comment about her breasts (which definitely didn't help her anxiety about them).

"...I-I should probably explain," she stammered, "I'm not exactly...streamlined, you know. I can't swim as fast as others, and I would often -- if not always -- end up working harder to keep up with my friends..."

"Hey, would you like to grab a drink with me? I'm buying." He asked. He just didn't want to be alone after his hard day. He knew asking a stranger was ridiculous but he needed someone.
