Guiding Light

For many years i have struggled with mental health and much more and even now im still learning and navigating both this world and my own which i reside in my own reality. But no matter what struggle i face, somehow there has always been something within that has fought it off so effortlessly without fail. I tend to imagine this thing as a ball of light, melting off the chains and outshining the dark and shadows. There have been times where it has dwindled in the harsh, dark, stormy winds but even then, it had regained its renewed spark and as usual vanishes it but not for good as it still lingers.

Just like the phoenix, it can rise through anything on any occasion. I believe other people have this too, they may have just not found it yet or may have lost it and in search of gaining it back or even at that point where they are just hanging on by a finger to keep it with them. They can be many ways one can gain their light and keep it strong, but for me its cause i have something to fight for, always have a reason to keep my head high and look ahead instead of always looking behind me. Always trying to stay in the light when things get tough and let it comfort me and make it go away, sit outside or go on a walk and connect with the light of the sun and nature all around. Feel myself part ways with humanity and just be me, to not follow or even listen to the crowed and those who lead them for i am my own leader and guide.

Your way of gaining and holding onto that light may be different for you, but everyone has one, so please don't ever give up and push past all those dark times and moments like how the Phoenix rises from the ashes. Try to find that thing that keeps you here and gives you a purpose, what is it that drives you and pushes you to the right path for you. Even if it feels like you wanna give up so badly, please don't cause there is so much more in this world and in your own than you realize, even if you may disagree with me.

This may not help for most but i wanna help others and guide them through tough times like i do for those close to me. Give them a sense of hope and not feel like they're stuck in a constant loop in which they think they can't get out of, but i know they can and there is always a way through even if it may seem impossible. Please don't be afraid to push through, i know it hurts and its easier said than done but don't be afraid to let other people in and help you and point you in the right direction. Getting help doesn't make you weak, it makes you strong knowing that you can't do this on your own. There will always be someone to help you out of that hole and cycle and guide you along the way no matter what it takes.

Please don't be hard on yourself if you don't succeed the first time or couple of times, its gonna take multiple tries but you will definitely get there.
