Whispers softly and with feeling, “ violence is wrong.”

Caster paced back and forth, side-eyeing the boy who was supposed to be her Master the entire time. Well, not ‘supposed to’--she could clearly see the three-ring design that were the Command Seals associated with her, outlined in stark red upon his hand, and she was receiving energy from him, so he was certainly her Master--but there was one tiny, tiny little problem with this arrangement.
Her Master didn’t know anything about the Holy Grail War. More than that, he didn’t appear to understand the conventions of modern magecraft in the slightest! And while yes, she was a veritable fount of knowledge regarding the origins of the war and the workings of the Holy Grail--she shouldn’t have to educate her Master on magecraft also! Her own magecraft relied so heavily on her Sorcery Trait that it might not even be teachable to anyone outside the Einzbern bloodline!
The white-haired Servant pushed those thoughts away; for the moment, there were more important concerns. Theoretically, she did know how a kind of summoning like this could be achieved by a complete outsider--the tainted Great Grail had completed the summoning on her Master’s behalf, to call forth a Servant even if it meant obtaining a novice Master as a result. This had happened in the fourth war, so she had to wonder if she’d taken that Caster’s place, or if this was another version of the fifth war.
That aside, she at last paused in her pacing, tapping Seven Wishes harshly against the ground. “Let me make sure I’m understanding this correctly,” she said, slowly, carefully, as if that might make the words make more sense, “you are not conventionally trained in magecraft nor are you aware of the events regarding the wars for the Holy Grail in Fuyuki, yes?” She had naturally introduced herself as Servant Caster when the summoning had been complete, but it wouldn’t mean anything if he didn’t understand what a Servant was.

What catches her attention first is a mundane observation. The family down the street’s dog has always been unfriendly. Not just to her but everyone else. But... today, the very same dog has its guard down and actually seems happy to see someone who’s definitely not a family member. Immediately, Sakura memorises that shade of blonde hair and words spill out of her mouth in shock.
“You’re amazing... How did you do it?”

Most of the time Caster kept a calm exterior for his Master, but there were moments when he was posed with a question that made him frown, made him want to call nonsense and move onto the next matter. He didn’t mind being asked to perform as a glorified locksmith; it was better than a worse alternative, yet he had his doubts. Long dark hair sweeping over his shoulder, he raised a brow, wordlessly questioning his Master’s motives. “There must be a reason for a vault being locked,” a simple retort, not quite jumping to answer him all at once, “To keep other people out of it.”
If that was his Master, then he would not waste his effort to open vaults. “While I can, that doesn’t necessarily mean I will…” Arms crossing over his chest, Caster eyed him with scrutiny, a sudden shift from how supportive he had been moments prior. “What exactly is in that vault?” Not that he needed to be told, a little clairvoyance and he could figure out the truth. It was a matter if his Master would be honest or not.
