Gullfaxi is a magical horse from Norse mythology. The name means "golden mane," which Gullfaxi possesses. It is equally as fast on land, on water, and in the air, though still not as fast as Sleipnir.
Gullfaxi was originally the steed of the jötunn Hrungnir. After Hrungnir's defeat, the horse was gifted to Magni by his father, Thor.
