Ugh I know right? The obsession definitely comes and goes but it’s always there, just stewing in the back of my mind, waiting for an opportunity to strike. 

I have cosplayed both Hokuto and Subaru, twice each. Subaru has gone through a couple of pairs of black pants, and I kind of wear the boots and gloves every day in winter :) Hokuto sadly doesn’t fit anymore, I lost a lot of weight (which is good for my health, but I poured a lot of hours into that dress…)

My dream is to one day do a TB Photographs set of outfits with a group. Matching bright colours ridiculous uniforms? Yes please!

Lol, haha! I know what you mean - in other fandoms (and this one too), I don't like some of the "big name" fic either...feel like a loner sometimes in that department. In a way, I'm glad I found someone who shares my sentiments :D And thank you *.*

Well, sometimes the fics everyone loves in the fandom.. aren’t actually that great haha. It’s good that you enjoyed the fic, a lot of people love it, but it just wasn’t for me. I think the unfortunate thing about disliking something which everyone loves is that I feel like I should like it, but I just don’t. Some people get really offended by it, so I’m glad you took it well. 😂

To be honest, I’m fairly new to the Hetalia fandom, and I just love APH Russia because I’m a Russia’s culture weeb, mostly their music.

At first, I’m not really fond of APH America. I just reblog a lot of Russia, and I didn’t mind RusAme before, like okay, their interaction is amusing, can’t really ignore that. Their bickering and sass reminded me of my relationship with my best friend so basically they were my brotp.

Then I was looking for Russia fics and I stumbled on “For it was I who chose to start” and I’m like, okay, I’m sold, mentally and emotionally, and even more because of “The Chosen End” (I’m blaming @aph-fedya for that haha)

I stayed because I’m really happy that this side of the fandom is REALLY CHILL AND AWESOME like there’s not much arguing or sense of hierarchy, helping out each other, learning from each other and all, and basically we’re all trash together, for RusAme.

The Hierophant: Something you believe inI definitely believe in the power of nature! Not necessarily in a ‘super natural’ or a deified way, but I do think that above all nature will always persist. Plants growing in the harshest or man-made conditions, the fact that we’re really all just star stuff, ect. 

The Hermit: Favorite way to spend a day aloneHm just like my answer to Temperance, it really just depends on the day. Sometimes it’s doing stuff like writing or drawing all day, or maybe just going on a walk/hike by myself. When I’m actually alone (in the house or whatever) I really like playing my music aloud, instead of having my earbuds in. I especially like cooking with music on, and then maybe watching something on my computer while I eat dinner, drink some wine or whatever c:

Since you said you liked Franco-Belgian comics, do you like the Tintin comics? If so, which ones? I'm a big fan of them! I also enjoy Asterix.

Yes, I like Tintin! (For some mysterious reason, Les Aventures de Tintin are called Tim und Struppi in German.) Since I’ve only read a few of the comics and watched the movies when I was younger, I can’t really say which one I like best. (Same with Lucky Luke and Iznogoud, for example.) There’s going to be an (annotated, I hope) collector’s edition in German soon, though, so maybe that’s a good opportunity for me to re-read them all in the correct order.

The only Franco-Belgian (French, to be precise) classic comic of which I’ve dutifully collected all volumes (even the bad ones) and watched all films is Astérix. Both my dad and me love the comics. Astérix is super famous in Germany and Austria; there are even translations to various German and Austrian dialects and also some to Swiss German! You’re actually the first US American telling me they know the comics. My favourite comic is Astérix légionnaire, and my favourite cartoon film is Les Douze Travaux d’Astérix.

tbh I “get” why people would like most of them but there’s still a couple that I’m like “people really started shipping this because Prussia mentioned pancakes one time?” but honestly i’m not one to talk because I ship some weird ass shit.2. Yeah. I don’t understand why this show has to be so dark to make its point? Even the book made it clear that Anne had a terrible life before she came to Green Gables, and that she was both a survivor and an inherently hopeful person. But it was done with such a light touch and a sense of humor. 

But this version could use a heavy dose of subtlety, I guess?
