It took two tries but he is dead now, Nergigante is no joke kept me on my toes the whole fight.

It’s a good thing they made healing bullets in MH4U work shotgun style (and that they don’t, as far as I’m aware, heal the monsters)
Could you imagine trying to actually hit a teammate with a regular bullet while they’re leaping and rolling all over the place?
Not including the non-healing bullets they already manage to valiantly jump in front of all the time. Once per hunt I want to say “This isn’t a camera I’m holding, so stop standing in front of it!” (too bad that wouldn’t fit in a shoutout)
