Dear Gus & Magnus,

Long day of filming "Garverstone" in the snow. I couldn't feel my toes for most of the afternoon. When I took them off after the sun went down, I realized my boots are splitting at the seams and snowmelt had gotten my socks wet. I probably need new boots.

We got through one of three scenes today and so far it's been the most complicated shoot we've had, but also, it might end up being some of our best work.

Dear Gus & Magnus,

It's been a long day. Darla and I flew to Albuquerque and drove a rental three and a half hours north to Pagosa Springs. Bryan and his buddy Brent (who worked on WandaVision) have spent the last two days driving an RV full of equipment from Little Rock. The Wichita crew flew to Durango and rented a minivan to drive an hour east. And they recorded the AFC Championship game so we could watch the Chiefs play on delay tonight. I didn't tell them, but I took the money line on the Bengals (and won).

There are eight of us in this house with four bedrooms, so I'm on a too-short couch in a common area upstairs, but the snow-covered scenery outside is pretty.

Filming tomorrow.
