what do you think would be the best strategies to survive the death game?
I’m excited to be asked this because I’ve thought about it a lot!!
- Try to blend in with the group and don't call attention to yourself. Reko and Alice have kept themselves safe in both main games from a majority vote because of their ability to go with the group. For example during the first main game where everyone stands up for Sara when Shin accuses her of being with ASU-NARO. It would be best to go with the groups opinion regardless how you feel about Sara, instead of disagreeing and putting all eyes on you.
- Make a small group of yourself and a few other people you find the most trustworthy. Even having two people that will vote with you can sway the outcome of a main game.
- If you have secrets like Kai, tell them before the main game. You still might be voted for, but it’s better for everyone to learn a bombshell when they aren’t deciding who should die in a majority vote. If Kai had told everyone he had valuable information that could help them all when they were in a less emotionally charged situation like the main game, the outcome might have been better for him.
- Don’t isolate from the main group. Shin and Kanna are easy candidates to vote for because they don’t spend as much time with everyone as the others do. Like I said it’s good to have a small group of your own, but don’t spend so little time with the others that they have less of an attachment to you than the others in the main group.
- Be friendly to the leader, but don't befriend them. Because if the leader does something questionable like try to escape through the vending machine, the group will turn on them very emotionally because the leader was supposed to keep them safe. While emotions are running high the groups eyes will turn to the people closest to them. Like when Sara’s getting called out in the first main game and it puts Joe’s credibility into question just for being closely associated with her.
- Speaking of leadership, don’t take that role. If something big goes wrong all eyes will be on you.
- If you’re under 18, play up the fact that you’re young as much as possible. Make people feel bad about voting for you.
- Humanize yourself as much as possible. Talk about your home life, your friends, your family, the things you love most, the things you are passionate about. All of those things will make you seem more like a person and less like an obstacle to vote out. Shin and Kai get majority voted because they’re so secretive about themselves it’s easier for the group to not have a strong attachment to them.
- If you get the sacrifice card, make small mistakes on purpose. The group finds a laptop that has important information? It would be a shame if you knocked it over being “clumsy”. Or everyone else is desperately searching for an escape? You should lie down under the guise of a “feeling exhausted”. Do small things that don’t make it apparent that you want votes, but enough that will get a few people mad at you before the main game. Basically be useless. Also claim to be a commoner not a sage in the main game. If the real sage calls you out it’s going to be obvious that one of you is lying about your card because you’re the sacrifice.
- Don’t do anything Shin did.

hm, to think about it more i feel like he wouldn't like the feeling of many layers bunching up around his legs. I could see him enjoying a wavy skirt, but if too many layers of fabric got involved i could see him getting uncomfortable
ashe Σ੧(❛□❛✿) (surprise) what would ashe activities when the entire school would sit inside of the gym on the bleachers and force the students to play game and watch show and the students scream extremely loud?
hand on your shoulder my son this is completely unintelligable
anyway assuming you mean what would ashe do during spirit assemblies I think that he would sit where Matty and Richard sit which would be cheering in the front row :) Ashe has never shown any issues with loud noises so I think he wouldn't mind, and he would match Matty and Richards energy. He wouldn't volunteer to partake in the activities but if someone begged him to he would. But he would refuse to participate in the embarrassing games and shows like the pie face thing.
