Random norn headcanon from one of my joint verses:

Norn start off looking basically like big humans (the irony) but the blessing of the Spirits permeates them. When they achieve their first transformation, some of the Spirit's essence remains and changes their bodies, causing stuff like, Wolf/other predatory Spirit norn developing fangs, Raven/bird norn getting sharper eyesight, Bear norn putting on extra body weight/getting fast muscle gains, etc. Cue some classic "werewolves have fur in their ears" esque physical quirks.

This also means when Braham finally got his Wolf shift, as soon as he had an opportunity to, he'd have excitedly ran around showing everyone his fangs
