The second step we took in our 20 Time Project was to find a mentor who could guide us in the process, someone with experience on the subject. We chose Ciro's mom, since she is a nutritionist, who can give us advice of what to eat in order to gain more weight, get more proteins, etc.
After choosing our mentor, I researched about supplements harmless at our age that could also help us gain more muscle mass. I found a supplement that's called Testosterone Booster, and I was going to buy it, but after researching side effects, I changed my mind. I could get a lot of sits, a very bad humor (due to hormones) and anxiety. That was not worth it. Then I found out about Nitric Oxide, which can also have side effects if you don't take the proper amount. I decided I'm buying the Nitric Oxide and Protein.

We already have a diet which basically consists on eating at least five times a day; some common foods I've been ingesting each day are: fruit, protein shake, tuna, eggs, greek yogurt, and grilled chicken. It is important to drink water, but more essential is not having soda any day. Our plan is increasing 10 kg of muscle, which it is actually a lot, so I decided to start drinking twice a day a protein shake. Drinking this shake is basically like having a high on protein food. Currently I'm using the "Gold Standard %100 Whey Protein" which contains 24g of protein per serving.
