Back muscle GAINS
Hey you!
In case anyone was pondering where I've been, well, I've been at the gym 5x a week AND working 5-6 days a week. And studying for a language exam. Tumblr doesn't fit into my life sometimes but I still come on sometimes. My fitness journey can not possibly end because it's a lifestyle that I've cultivated for almost 3 years.
Just wanted to share my back muscle gains that I have never before been aware of. Damn it feels good. I love the subtle changes, the surprises, the new max weights, the pump, the warmup, the cool down. I'm so blessed that gyms have been open in Norway and I don't let the opportunity for a workout slip through my hands.

Hello to those who still read my posts!
I'm still very much alive and doing fitness/training. I went on the most WONDERFUL VACATION with my partner and... Ah... If only I could have traveled to Greece earlier in my life. Greeks really dance to a completely different beat.
I'll be posting an update on my future gym goals and current stats soon (a lot has changed - weight included)!

Flex on... Yourself!
I don't have my full-length mirror installed yet, so I've been using my phone camera to check my form post-sets. And I found this gem! I sped up the whole workout (just in case you're wondering why the pacing is so weird) until the end when I was sweaty, sore, endorphin rushed and really flexing on myself, doing my little happy dance... Felt so hellishly great, I'm not ashamed to cheer for myself.
Also. I was really enjoying my messy curly hair, obviously.

So. Finally the day has come - I'm going on my vacation! A vacation to see my family (whom I have not visited for almost a year due to Covid-19). It's hard to tell wether I'll be happily enjoying eating junk or will maintaining my healthy lifestyle demand that I walk on eggshells and the vacation will turn into a public relations visit. They're very opinionated when it comes to food.....
Fiancé is, of course, coming with me! He says that my abs are really defined now, I've worked very hard for this. Up there is s photo to motivate myself to JUST KEEP GOING
My steps this week!
I had one off-day with 17k steps, but overall I've had a great warmup week. I started running, 7k and a 10k, and I'm getting into the rhythm of 3 runs a week.
Tomorrow, March 1st, I'm starting my yearly spring cut. So I'll be posting my YEARLY COMPARISON of post-winter bulks; 2020vs2021. Looking forward to posting it!
