My workout is very hard tonight because I don't feel great physically but I still showed up :-) as the workout progresses I begin to feel more and more faint so I've been going slow tonight ..

I was on my phone resting between sets only to NOTICE A SPIDER CRAWLING ON MY CHEST.

I screamed way too loud, swatted it off, jumped off the bench and was desperately trying to find where it went.

Everyone was staring and the guy on the bench next to me found it and killed it first.

I don't think I can ever go to this gym again.
