Finished week 1! I have two gym rest days and we start week 2. Getting my book ready. I need a way to keep track of how much weight on each exercise and to track how I get stronger. So, I'm getting my book ready for next week. I'm using an app on my phone. It was easier than trying to put something together. After this 12 weeks is over, I may go back and try to put something together again.
