Life seems to be dragging me down a little bit at the moment. There is so much going on in a positive way, but there is also so much going on in a negative way. An my brain is struggling to cope. . The bonus is with the #H3plan and the #MOA from @ariixproducts I am able to cope, it a just about coping kind of cope but I’ll take what I can get and I’ll certainly face everything I can and aim to win! . My head is swimming with ideas and support systems, but it’s also swimming with doubt and uncertainty and for the first time, I’m ok with that. . Whilst I am always open to adding new members to my tribe. I shall forever be thankful for the original tribe members. Anne and my Canadian family, Nicky and her awesome husband that keep letting me borrow her and the girls, my house mates, Sally and her amazing husband who keep letting me borrow their kids. Jason, Sarha and the bootcamp guys and girls (and the circuit lot too) who keep me physically on track, even when I’m mentally struggling and prop me up when I’m physically struggling but am mentally alright! One of the best things I ever added into my daily self care was upon the advice of Jason, the Ariix H3 Plan. @quilly69 and @ariixproducts with the #H3plan have seen me excel in ways I never thought possible. To my inner circle - my tribe (original members and new) and to the tribe members I am yet to meet...Thank you for absolutely everything you do to help and support me. Taking time to care for yourself does not mean that you do not care for others. Sometimes the best thing you can do for someone else is to take care of yourself. Use you to show them how to care for themselves. For me I use the @ariixproducts H3Plan, I use it every day as soon as I wake up (ok, well after I’ve had a pee and put the kettle on) it doesn’t half help to keep me grounded and mentally alright. It might not work for everyone but for me it’s been a game changer.
