the Type 95 Ha-Go! A small Japanese light tank, that despite its small size and seeming obsolescence, served Japan throughout the Pacific campaigns of WW2. Lightly armoured, and armed only with a 37mm Type 94 cannon, it proved to be no match against the superior M4 Sherman medium tanks fielded by US forces, but still proved moderately effective against infantry. There’s actually two variants of the model, my original variant which is more accurate to the real vehicle, and my simplified cheaper variant, which will be available on Omaha Bricks on Friday, 3rd July.
Destroyed Type 95 Ha-go on Saipan, July 1944. Note shell hole on the lower hull side.
