the eagle has landed (it's me. i'm the eagle)
#we were an hour early but nobody cared#tested negative so I got to stay which was a relief#spent a good hour or so unpacking all my stuff#got a tiny tour and a maps and some appointments#had lunch#talked to the head doc and have another doc appointment in half an hour#and after that a proper tour of the place (if I feel up to it)#still undecided bc I only slept two hours last night (at most)#and apparently the walls are thin enough that you can hear the vibration from a phone in the next room so idk#the nights here may prove to be pretty restless#but at least I have my pillow and my bb snails and a lot of tea bags#and my laptop if I feel up for sitting in the lobby I guess
