Why do Rakethorne's Static Zap Gloves fit Krosp so well?

The gloves are Spark work and resize themselves to fit the wearer

Krosp had them altered later to fit him better

The gloves were made for Krosp as part of Rakethorne's plan to seduce Agatha

They actually don't fit very well but that would be distracting to draw

Rakethorne has cat hands but our Professors have chosen not to reveal this

Today I'm thinking about one of my favorite examples of "Jägers being sottle", which is this:

And probably Rakethorne thinks it's a compliment, unless he knows the Jägers very well indeed, but Agatha should hear it as the warning that it is.

And indeed she does! Immediately this conversation is over. Oggie called him out.
