Omg wait you think Vance would aggressively care for his friends like he would see Finney over working himself on something an he just picks him up an throws him in the bed then he grabs robin throws him on the bed too an just lays on them (btw love your work!<3)

Yes I can totally see this happening! After being with the group for a long time he suprising got super used to physical touch and actually loves it, his love might be rough at times but he has a good intentions with his aggressive love. He's stronger and bigger then most of the group so its easy to pin them under each of his arms. He'll grumble and push them back down if they try to get up. He got this habit from his mom(she was way gentler obviously) because when he was a kid he would refuse naps so she would pin him under her arm until he fell asleep. If any of the boys are getting too stressed,overworking themselves, and or losing sleep, trust me, Vance will find out and he'll be coming for them, snatching them up and carrying them off to take a nap. He knows the boys wont take breaks without him so he's more than happy to help. (I swear Vance is in his mom arc rn)

Their reactions:

Griffin: he just goes limp when Vance carries him but is the most stubborn to put to sleep. He'll wiggle out of Vance's grip and run out of the room not wanting a nap. He'll never gets far, getting picked up and laid back down with a firmer grip on the squirmy boy. Vance will end up scolding griffin a bit "I don't care if you don't want to nap, you are getting one, I will stay here for hours don't test me." But it never takes more than 10 minutes before he and griffin are passed out

Billy: Billy is an absolute stress ball, he loses a lot of sleep when he is stressed and will pace back and forth across the living room and bite the inside of his cheek. Vance will be watching for awhile then announce "ok its nap time come here". Billy doesn't fight it anymore, learning from that one time he got a bad scolding from Vance because he kept trying to leave . He'll just follow Vance to the room and cuddle up next to him and knock out.

Bruce: Bruce is better at managing stress and rarely gets Vance's naps, but when he does he doesn't believe he needs one. He will refuse and refuse until Vance just gets fed up and grabs him, putting him over his shoulder, throwing him on the bed and wrapping his whole body around Bruce so he cant escape. Bruce accepts his fate at this point and drifts off to sleep

Robin: Robin is the easiest to wind down. He is an absolute cuddle bug and soaks up any attention so its not too hard to get him to nap. He might be a bit grumpy, maybe mumble a few curse words but a glare from Vance usually shuts him up

Finney: Finney is the more responsible one of the group and gets very overwhelmed and stressed. He tends to overwork himself. He'll deny a nap saying "what if something happens, what if they need help with homework or something?" Vance will then scoff and look at Bruce "hey Bruce mind if you take care of this zoo while Finney gets some sleep" Bruce will shoot him a thumbs up and turn away focused on something else. "No more excuses come on let's go to bed they will be fine"

Finney: "Come on Vance its nap time."

Vance: "What did you say?"

Finney: "nap time? You seem overwhelmed"

Vance: "no I don't need that go away"

Finney just kinda glares and grabs Vance's hand tugging him to the room. Vance is hesitant at first, not used to someone doing this to him, but eventually melts into Finney finding someone caring about him deeply comforting.

It’s been a while since I’ve been home to Kerack. I got married since then. I married my husband. I love saying “my husband.” It sounds so adult. “That’s my husband.” 

It’s great, you sound like a person. I said it even before we were married. We were just dating, not that this Witcher would ever admit we were dating, and we were once heading towards a library to try and find some obscure information for a contract Geralt had just taken out. Now, I had access to this library from my Oxenfurt credentials while Geralt did not. So we reach this library and I ask, “Can my husband come in with me?” and they were like “Yes, of course. Right this way.”

And I was like, “Oh, that is so much better than all those times I was like, ‘Can my boyfriend come?'” And, yeah, I shouldn’t have said it that way, but still. “My husband” just has some kick-ass to it, you know? 

“Get away from my husband! No one talk to my husband!” Marriage is gonna be very magical. “I didn’t kill my husband!” 

That’s like, “Ooh, who’s that fella? I bet he did kill his husband.” Brave of you to assume I could kill a Witcher, but I suppose if we both die in the attempt it might be romantic. 

Being married is so nice. I never knew relationships were supposed to make you feel better about yourself. That’s not really a joke, that’s just a little sweet thing I like to say. ‘Cause I’d been in relationships where I got cheated on, like, long ones. I don’t know if you’ve ever been in a long relationship where you got cheated on, but it changes your whole worldview. I don’t want to drop any names but let’s just say certain Countesses are no longer allowed to associate with me. 

When I was a kid, I used to stand in from of the bounty boards at local taverns. You know how kids do. And I would always think to myself, “How could another person kill someone? How could a human being kill another human being?” 

And then I got cheated on, and I was like, “Oh, okay.” “I’m not gonna do it, but I totally get it.” And I don’t mean in that way of, like, “No one else can have you.” I don’t care about that. It’s just creepy to have an ex out there after things have ended badly. They have a lot of information. Anyone who’s seen my dick and had a song written about them needs to die. I can’t have them roaming around.

It’s a shame I decided to marry a powerful Witcher instead of say, another bard or professor or some other profession that has similar strength or lack there of to me. But no, I decided to marry one of the most powerful people on the continent because I have no desire to be the strongest one in the room.

Pansy x Ginny Headcanons

that literally no one asked for, so consider them a gift

So, obviously, in a glorious world without voldemort, the most interesting things that happen at Hogwarts are drama and petty fights.

Pansy Parkinson is the resident bubblegum popping, eye rolling, rumor spreading bitch.

And Ginny, well, Ginny has a reputation. She doesn’t kiss and tell, of course, but she’s a total heart breaker, and she’s totally good in bed.

She doesn’t take shit from anyone.

And pansy can’t keep a sarcastic comment to herself to save her life.

The two of them don’t exactly interact often, not when they don’t share any classes, any friends, and are in separate houses

Not until Ginny steals a pair of Pansy’s underwear.

Ginny and Blaise are like, half a thing, even though Ginny totally slept with Parvati Patil the week before — the same week Zabini was caught skipping class with Luna Lovegood — and, well, it’s not completely uncommon for Ginny to spend the night in the Slytherin dorms, and it’s certainly not too far fetched to assume she’d need clean underwear.

Pansy just doesn’t get why she takes hers

Not when she sees the redhead smirking that irritating, half-crooked, somehow sexy smirk

Not when she sees her flirting with three different guys in one morning

And certainly not when she sees her so particularly let her skirt ride up her thighs so that the ravenclaws behind her can get a glimpse of her lacy black underwear

Pansy just scoffs, rolls her eyes, and goes back to drinking her coffee and gossiping with Daphne.

I mean, doesn’t this girl have any class? any sense of subtlety, at least?

Pansy doesn’t forget about it, though, and she doesn’t miss the chance to confront Ginny when the pair are alone in a hallway that afternoon.

“Weasley, why the hell are you wearing my underwear?”

And Ginny just laughs, and she smirks, and Pansy rolls her eyes, and Merlin, can’t this girl ever be serious?

“If you want them back so badly, you can have them.” 

And then, and then, Ginny bends over in her too-short skirt, and Pansy can see her plain black bra and the freckles on her collarbones, and in a second she’s standing up straight again —

And she’s handing Pansy a piece of lacy black fabric.

And she’s walking back down the hall like she didn’t just do that.

And Pansy swears it takes her a full five minutes to move from her spot, but it’s going to take a lot longer to get that image out of her head, which Pansy thinks, isn’t necessarily a bad thing.  

But Merlin she can’t stop thinking about it.

Not when she’s eating dinner that evening and Ginny’s winking at her from across the hall.

Not when she’s attempting to study later on in her common room

And not when she’s laying in her bed, the only one still up, later that night.

It goes on for days.

Pansy can’t get the redhead out of her mind.

And when she sees her again in that hallway exactly three days later, Pansy doesn’t hesitate to pull her into an empty classroom.

She doesn’t hesitate to press her lips to hers and run her fingers through her hair and a hand across her ribcage

And Ginny certainly doesn’t protest when Pansy is the one to take off her underwear this time
