Hey. Hey. Everyone. So recently TADC had its 8th episode came out and i finally watched it yesterday and-

I know everyone is focusing on the Insane lore drops and stuff and that's cool but.. But.

Look at this

Jax goes "Fill me in later"

And pomini? She goes-

"Be. Here. Later."

This line has somehow stuck with me more than anything else. Like.

Pomini knows.

Somehow. Someway. In between the events of episode 7 and 8. She figured out that Jax is on the verge of abstraction. And from Jax's ending torture scene we also know that he considers pomini a friend (Like only she, Ribbit and Kaufmo were there so. Yeah.) And at some point I also think Pomini told the others that Jax isn't as much of a "I don't give a f-er" as he portrays himself. Cuz The others were also a lot more tolerable of his attitude this time. (Like Zooble telling him he is included during the group couch talk scene).

And Pomini told him to "Be here later"

She isn't telling him to not slack off or to focus. She's basically telling him-

"Don't you dare Die/abstract on us now. I want you to be physically present later. Whole and sane."

For some reason. It's just so. Weridly. Satisfying. Like. Jax shut her out actively and refused to be her friend but saw her as one anyways. And... She saw him as one right back regardless of his behaviour.

And that. Is my interpretation of this scene that has for some reason stuck with me more than anything else in this episode. Thank you for your limited time.
