Hi I just wanted to say I saw you mention aro/acespec Kaylee is some tags and YES YES YEEESS OMG (totally not projecting here at all haha) but omg... Yes.

One of the things I like to imagine is that quite often when she's talking to Simon she'll be waiting for the "spark" of attraction she's heard about but it just... doesn't happen, and then Simon fumbles somehow so she thinks "THATS why" and blames him for messing it all up (which to be fair, Simon is a chronic fumbler) and she goes back into the cycle of: "I love romance <3" → "me and Simon would be perfect" → "I like him so why don't I like him?" → "oh nevermind.." → "I love romance <3" and repeat.

Anyway... I realise this "ask" isn't much of an "ask" but more of a "wow same headcanon!" But uhhh idk I just think aroace Kaylee is neat ig.
