Favourite reads of 2025

Some of my favourite books and comics and art books! As well as things I look forward to reading next year! Art in the first slide are of fanart from Godkiller and Hungerstone.

I find it so interesting, getting older and getting to know what sort of books I enjoy. Because I seem to really love horny queer books with unreliable narators and/or beefy ladies with swords. Bonus points for both. Thats probably why the locked tomb will forever be one of my fave series. Theyre so messed up. I love that.

Episode 5 really solidified it for me that alastor was never a victim in any position vox put him in like, yes of course what vox did WAS wrong, and to any other character it would stay with them forever, but i dont think it affected alastor like it would most. He was annoyed, uncomfortable but overall just miffed about voxs self righteous arrogance.

Every other scene of him he actively joins conversations just to taunt vox even though he knows vox could turn around and actually harm him, but he also knows vox wont.

Alastor literally interrupts moments to talk to vox. Even tied to a chair.

EVEN WHEN HE ROLLS HIS EYES HE LOOKS BACK AT VOX TO SEE HIS REACTION.

He fully knows what hes doing and is not ruined or disturbed from any of it.
