Little itty bitty Upstead moments from 6x05 & 6x06:

Like that awkward moment when the should be boyfriend / work hubby has to listen to his should be girlfriend / work wifey get macked on by an idiot (with her actual, unbeknownst to him, fling sitting beside him) ⬆️ Hehehehe I just am livinggggg for Jay’s face(s) even though they’re not as clear as Adam’s quality wise - you can still tell he’s ready to rip that guy to shreds. Course he plays it off with: “she knows how to handle idiots like that. If she needs help, she’ll use the safe word.” I stan a protective partner

Upstead in action (how Jesse and Tracy even manage to RUN IN SYNC idk they’re geniuses that’s all I can say) ⬆️

& matching “i will shoot u if u do something so don’t try me” expressions ⬆️

Aaaaand in the next ep when Jay softly calls to Hailey & says “we gotta talk” GOSH I LOVE THEM ⬆️

Continuing w/the saddest Upstead scene of 6x02:

I always forget how freaked out Jay must’ve been in this scene. Like one second he was trying to stop that guy, the next minute he’s been shot ⬆️ thank god Hailey (& Adam, but idc about him rn) was there for him. Poor hurt bby 😣🤕

I remember Hailey checking inside Jay’s vest to see if the bullet went through, but I did not notice her hands going further down to check where the blood was (at least I’m assuming that’s why she was checking near his lower right side near his waist?) idk ⬆️ either way gotta love a worried hailey being a concerned girlfriend for jay. Hopefully we can see her rip his shirt for other reasons in s8 tho.... 😏 k I’m done now.

Adam’s looking over at Upstead like 👀 which also makes me wonder why tf the writers had him and Hailey hook up even after this moment and especially after she cried over Jay because she “thought he was dead.” I mean come on now guys. Adam never stood a fucking chance (sorry Upzek but Hailey loves Jay— & I’m pretty sure this episode helped her to realize that she thought of him more than just a partner. Cause she realized what she almost lost💔) ⬆️
