When I am stuck on what to eat, I make a huge pot of keema for a complete low carb meal with all the veggies added in. You’ll need, 1 kg mince beef Veggies (I used long beans and chopped spinach) 1 cup coconut milk 2 large onions 8 cloves garlic powder 4 tbsp curry powder 1 stalk curry leaves 1 thumb ginger 1/2 stalk lemon grass Olive oil Salt to season 1. Blend onions, garlic, lemongrass and ginger 2. Heat olive oil in a pot and add in blended ingredients 3. Add in curry leaves, fry till fragrant 4. Add mince beef 5. Add veggies 6. Add curry powder 7.
