Got to help my friend @veloci-rooster with her DnD character design again, but this time for MY campaign.😎 We’re all gonna get started soon, but since it’s my campaign, I won’t have a character for myself.😢 But I’m designing NPCs and assets for the rest of the game, so I guess it works out. 🔜Expect some more of my campaign art to trickle in as my players experience it. Obvi I can’t post characters or assets before they’re revealed to the players lol. Half-Orc Druid

Huh, another druid so soon. Interesting. So, what makes the half-orc druids different? Well, if they’re living in a traditional tribe they are likely going to be taking part in defense and healing, as well as possibly attacking too. After all, elementals and the creatures of the wild turned against your enemies must be pretty intimidating. But, maybe instead they’re looking for a place to belong, a sense of peace in nature, or power against oppressors. Just like how every half-orc can be different, every druidic individual can be different too. And that inner rage that orcs and their half-blooded kin seem to have might be the connection they make to the wilds: nature, red in tooth and claw, after all.

Alan Sage

The Sage family have been through a lot, more prejudice and threats than anybody else in the county. Alan is having a particularly tough time, a teenager who is angrier than most and who was rejected from every sports team even though he’s tall and strong. His grandma sees his suffering, and invites him to her house in the bayou for tea. Then, she introduces him to the brownies, and the sprites, and her gourd leshy Blanca (named for the white pumpkin head). Nobody else knows except him, and if he’d like Alan can learn how to speak the green word too. Alan agrees, because these things out of fairy stories don’t care he’s green. After all, they’re greener than him already.

Katri Jarvi Kielo

The logging camp is quiet now: no striking of axes, or creaking and crashing of falling trees, or the harsh sounds of the buzz saws. And most certainly, no more sounds from the lumberjacks. They are all very quiet now, or have gone away after screaming while Katri stopped the noise. This was her forest, and they had come and started to tear down the trees she had known longer than most of these men had been alive. Well, at least now it was quiet again. And new trees would grow, and Katri would learn all their names too. Yes, here in her quiet forest.

Dao Ngo Tuan

The metropolis of Nanghivang is gray, brown, black….but there is very little green. Every field is filled with buildings, every hill flattened for roads, and every tree was uprooted and turned into firewood long ago. But the spirits of the land speak to Tuan, show him what once was…. And what could be again. Tuan knows, though, that what the spirits want can’t be without hurting a lot of people. So, he works to bring a bit of life back to the city without disrupting the lives of its citizens. The spirits want everything to change, and most of the people want nothing to change, but Tuan knows he can make everyone happy...hopefully.
