Sometimes you fall off your wagon. Life gets in the way, you become busy and in the process, you stop taking that 10 minutes, that 30 minutes or that hour of "me time." You wonder why you don't feel right, why your body aches or why you're out of sorts. I've taken almost a month off of backyard yoga, and I hate it. Today that changes and I get back to #WhatMatters. Whether it's in my backyard with my dog or in a heated room where I'm dripping sweat while holding poses, yoga is what keeps me sane, it's what gives me a routine and structure when that is absent from my life.
