Physical book or e-book? Physical, although really I’m okay with both.
Audio or book in hand? Book in hand. Audio books bug me for some reason.
Paperback or hardcover? Hardcover. They’re generally better looking, and they could conceivably be used as a weapon if necessary.
Adult or Young Adult? In theory a mixture of both, but I tend to gravitate more toward Young Adult.
Series or standalone? Stand alone. I mean, there are many series I love (HARRY POTTER), but sometimes series can make me stop loving the story because it went on too long, or the author had different ideas about the characters/story/world than I did, or because they didn’t intend to continue the story for as many books as they did. I have great love for stories that have the guts to end.
Dog ears or bookmarks? Bookmarks.
Breaking the spine or barely opening the book? I break the spine. I admit it.
Borrow or buy? If you mean borrow from a library, borrow. I prefer to read a book before I buy it. Then, if I love the book, I’ll buy it. I try not to borrow books from friends, though.
Bookstore or online? Both. I can’t choose. Not even “I prefer.” Both are excellent.
Fiction or non-fiction? Fiction.
Fantasy world or real life issues? If Fantasy is good, then it is dealing with real life issues! I think you mean fantasy world vs. world just like ours, so then I’d have to say fantasy.
Kindle,iPad,or other? Kindle
Monster read or short and sweet? Oh dear, that’s a tough one. I mentioned earlier that there can be problems if stories go on for too long, but if it’s too short, then it doesn’t give me time to fall in love with the story, world, and characters. Let’s just pretend I cleverly talked my way out of responding to this question.
Starry eyed romance or full of action? Neither, really. Give me friendships, emotional journeys, and character development. Both romance and action are fine as long as they don’t get in the way.
Curl up in a Snuggie or bathe in the sun? Snuggie. If I’m outdoors, I’ll get distracted.
Zombies or unicorns? UNICORNS!!!!!!!!!!!
