🥤 pink drink – what’s their aesthetic / vibe?

I thought it’d be fun to make a halsper moodboard to go along with the ask hehehe!! so here it is <3

i love to think of their aesthetics as being like… the moon and the stars, always together and connected with one another! hal’s aesthetics are a lot like home, very warm and cozy; while jasper’s aesthetics are more spacey & exciting, with various cool colors as well as fun pastels! and together those vibes create for something lovely I think <3

as for halsper as a whole, the whole vibe is just being in love with your best friend <3 cuddling, holding hands, having sleepovers, coming over for dinner, listening to the other talk about what they love, enjoying each other’s company… they did all those things before they get into a romantic relationship so nothing changes but it makes those things even more special to them I think!

How did each of them realize they were in love?

i think jasper started to have symptoms of a crush on hal when they were about 13-14 or so, but couldn't exactly identify it as a crush at the time!! because they were close enough as is with hal, they're best friends after all!! but they began to blush hearing hal talk about what they love and find hal cute, as well as just wanting to be close with them forever. gossan knew they were in love with hal the whole time as their blushies were clear as day, but they let jasper figure their feelings out on their own terms!! hal began to have a crush on jasper at around the same time but was able to identify it a little easier, they found jasper incredibly cute and couldn't help but feel the blushy, warm feelings around them too, however they didn't want to make things awkward in case jasper didn't feel the same way and was perfectly fine with their relationship being best friends too, as the lines between romantic and platonic can be blurred!!

jasper i think!! though it's more in the fact that they love cuddles and holding hal's hand, like they just love warmth and being besides their best friend (and also lover)!!

9. Who popped the question/who proposed a more serious relationship? Was it a positive on the first go? jasper!! though.. they didn't confess until the post loops hehehe, they had to take time to figure out their feelings and what they were on their own terms!! after they took time to recover from the Loop Horrors, they got the courage to tell hal (as well as their guardians) about the loops as they were keeping them a secret the whole time.. and one thing led to another and jasper ended up confessing to hal they loved them romantically. safe to say it went positive on the first go, and turns out hal loved them back the same way!!

Intimacy

Are they goopy and open or reserved and private? they're more reserved and private as they're taking things slow and easy, however you will catch them holding hands and blushing at one another as they enjoy one another's company <3 they're still the same jasper and hal even after they get into a romantic relationship, they've always danced with each other at festivals, and they sleep & cuddle together in the same bed and that won't change!

luckily jasper and hal haven't Majorly hurt one another, however jasper not being the best at safety has worried hal sometimes, with the amount of times they've climbed trees and have done reckless stunts they're worried they'll lose their best friend to something like that. luckily in the post loops jasper looks out for their own safety more <3 and there was one time where hal was caught up in studies/observatory work with guardian hornfels where they almost forgot jasper's hatchday despite having a gift ready, and that made jasper feel awful; luckily hal came over in the end!!

9. What is their favourite outfit of each other's?

hal loves seeing jasper in various dresses/skirts, though they're honestly happy seeing jasper in any outfit, and love the patches on their casual fit!! jasper can't decide on a favorite outfit of hal's, they're all wonderful to them <3

my mind's been nothing but filled with halsper (hal/jasper) thoughts for weeks now!! just... theyre everything to me, they've brought me so much joy and they deserve something soft and cozy together <3 i guess a specific thought i've been having about them is like.. sometimes when hal can tell that jasper's feeling troubled or distressed, they offer out their hand to them and let them hold it as like a comfort of sorts, to show them without words that they are here for them. they've done this since they were kids and it carried on into adulthood hehehe
