Nefarious Mechanised Moth

For a roleplay taking place during the HWC invasion! I struggled massively while making this. I just could not envision the design of mechanised Olympea even though I had written out most of what I wanted for months. It is still gaudy as heck imo, but I'm just gonna say that fits considering how gaudy Mecha Knight was.

Another Kirby au I’ll probably do nothing with! This time; Steampunk AU!

Nightmare is an alchemist and an inventor, aspiring to create new advancements in technology and magic

He creates Kirby, a little automaton who can sort of alchemise things in his belly after eating them

He basically creates his own power sources by eating things, and when he eats certain things the energy transforms him for a short time

Nightmare had also created Meta Knight a number of years ago, but he could only harness wind

Automaton are seen more as property than as individuals, so while it’s not illegal for them to be independent it’s very hard to get by if they choose a life outside of servant roles

Haltmann Works is an automaton manufacturing company, and is one of the only companies to mass produce them

President Haltmann believes all automaton ought to be subservient to organic life, and hates that creations like Kirby and Meta Knight (and his Meta-Knights) are allowed as much freedom as they are

Susie isn’t the original Susie, but is instead an automaton created to look and think like her (think Astroboy)

That’s why her father made her a secretary. He hates that she’s robotic, but she’s too much like his daughter to make a mindless worker

Dedede is a very rich man who buys automatons working under poor conditions and gives them proper care

Meta Knight worked for him for a few years when he first left Nightmare’s care, and they grew to be good friends and strong allies

Escargoon is a skilled mechanic, and performs repairs and tune ups

He’s basically a doctor but for automaton

Big picture; Haltmann works is an evil robot-enslaving company, and Kirby and his pals have to stop their evil plans and free their robot friends
