Recently, he's been with Araki a lot. They have some pics with each other and they even switched Twitter icons for April Fools (loooooooooool). But if there's someone who's wondering about Nqrse being like 'that' or not, well, he's straight. He once said in one of his live talks that even though he dresses up like a girl, he likes girls. It's just all about his appearance. He doesn't have a preference in girls, though. He's still in the middle of discovering himself (ur already 22 dude), according to him.
