Winter 2002 vs. 2016.

I had to go to downtown Duluth recently, twice. I don’t recommend it.

See that big open heated space? That’s not for you. Big groups of people can cram into the three sided “shelter” outside that possibly holds a small portion of potential total bus riders. -20 below zero? Fuck you. Duluth is still full of shit.

Standing around there waiting to deal with other people’s nonsense gave me such an uneasy feeling. It’s like a dream I constantly have where Lieblings and the farm never happened and I just kept living the same mediocre life. But this time I was physically standing in that alternate reality.

Once you’ve lived a shit life, you never stop running from it.
