please be gentle...
your art is so incredible!! i was wondering if youd mind giving some tips on how you draw and pose sonic characters' hands?
Oh, thank you very much! I’m going to assume this isn’t a how to draw hands question and jump straight into posing, although you won’t ever stop learning how to draw hands.
Granted these are just suggestions, I’m no master but this is just what I noticed I tend to default to when posing hands.
Hope it’s helpful :)
Tipo for finger posing?

I meant tips
u gucci i promise
First tip: learn how to use and install magic bones on your models’ hands. This makes posing so much easier because you don’t have to pose each bone individually. Second tip: Don’t be afraid to use pre-made hand poses. Floramy has a really good hand pose pack that I use constantly.
Yep, forgot to post these here! Be prepared for a lot of art and stuff being dumped on my tumblr. I just finished the spring quarter and finally have time.
Her are some hand references I made. Using Manga Studio again, although the original sketches were traditional.
